(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use the 16s platform, including our SMS-based website building service, AI designer assistant (“Six”), website at https://try16s.app, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

2.1 Information you provide directly
- Phone number: required to communicate with you via SMS and to verify your identity.
- Text message content: messages you send to Six, including descriptions of your project, preferences, and instructions.
- Images and media: inspiration photos, logos, and other media you send via SMS or MMS for website creation.
- Voice call data: if you interact with Six via phone call, we may process voice input to understand your requests.
- Website content: business names, descriptions, contact information, and any content you provide for your generated website.
- Payment information: billing details processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Waitlist information: name, email address, or phone number submitted through our waitlist or sign-up forms.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and interaction data when you visit our website.
- SMS metadata: timestamps, message delivery status, and carrier information associated with your SMS interactions.
- Analytics data: usage patterns, feature engagement, and session data to improve the Service.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to enhance your experience and gather analytics.
2.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information from third-party service providers, including SendBlue (our SMS infrastructure provider), payment processors, analytics providers, and AI model providers (such as Anthropic) to facilitate and improve the Service.

- To provide and operate the Service, including generating, deploying, and hosting your custom websites.
- To communicate with you via SMS, voice, and other channels about your projects, account, and the Service.
- To process your conversations through AI models to generate website designs, content, and recommendations.
- To process payments and manage your subscription or billing.
- To improve, personalize, and optimize the Service, including training and refining our AI systems.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. AI processing and data handling
- Your text messages, images, and voice inputs are processed by our AI pipeline to understand your requirements and generate website designs.
- Conversation data may be retained to maintain context within your session and across sessions for continuity of service.
- We may use anonymized or aggregated conversation data to improve our AI models, design systems, and overall service quality.
- AI-generated outputs (websites, copy, design elements) are created based on your inputs and our proprietary design system. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be free of errors.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service providers: third-party vendors (SendBlue, Anthropic, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics services), bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
- Legal compliance: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
- With your consent: when you have expressly consented to such sharing.
6. Data retention
- Active account data is retained for the duration of your use of the Service.
- Conversation logs may be retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction.
- Generated websites remain hosted for the duration of your active subscription.
- Upon account deletion, personal information will be deleted or anonymized within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Data security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, and secure data storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your rights and choices

The Service is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. 11. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
